The IWK Health Centre is a place that many people hold near and dear to their hearts. So many of us have been touched by the remarkable care they provide. So many of us know firsthand the impact the IWK has on our community.

Nova Scotia Firefighters Benevolent Fund
The Nova Scotia Firefighters Benevolent Fund was founded to provide financial support to firefighters and their families when needed. The NSFBF provides financial assistance to active Nova Scotia Firefighters and their families in times of acute crisis such as sudden illness or injury in the line of duty.
The NSFBF is entirely staffed by volunteers from all over the province with the purpose of supporting those that help us all. The NSFBF receives no government funding and relies solely on donations from businesses and the public.
