Afin de r\u00e9ussir un sauvetage, tout l'\u00e9quipement doit \u00eatre en \u00e9tat de marche. Avec les entretoises, les sangles \u00e0 cliquet jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la stabilisation du v\u00e9hicule et c'est pourquoi elles sont incluses dans chaque achat de kit Res-Q-Jack. Vous trouverez ci-dessous quelques conseils pour vous assurer que vos entretoises et sangles sont en bon \u00e9tat de fonctionnement. Le temps de d\u00e9couvrir qu'ils ont besoin d'\u00eatre remplac\u00e9s n'est pas sur place.<\/p>\n

STOCKAGE DE LA BARRE<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Rangez le cric en position compl\u00e8tement repli\u00e9e.<\/li>\n
  2. Gardez le cric dans un environnement sec. L'exposition \u00e0 trop d'humidit\u00e9 peut entra\u00eener la rouille et\/ou une diminution de l'efficacit\u00e9 des sangles.<\/li>\n
  3. M\u00e9fiez-vous de l'environnement de stockage de la sangle. Le nylon et le polyester ont des effets n\u00e9fastes lors d'une exposition prolong\u00e9e \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re ultraviolette, lorsqu'ils sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re du soleil ou au soudage \u00e0 l'arc et lorsque les temp\u00e9ratures sont sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 200 \u00b0 F.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    ENTRETIEN DES JAMBES<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. P\u00e9riodiquement, huilez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la manivelle de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 du corps du cric. Retirez le capuchon du cric et graissez l'engrenage interne au besoin (la graisse Chevron Black Pearl ou l'\u00e9quivalent est recommand\u00e9e).<\/li>\n
    2. Un lubrifiant l\u00e9ger doit \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 avec un chiffon \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur du tube int\u00e9rieur, en veillant \u00e0 ne pas trop lubrifier. Retirez tout exc\u00e8s de graisse ou d'huile. Pour que les extensions glissent en douceur, ce processus est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour tous les tubes d'extension et le tube int\u00e9rieur de toutes les jambes de force de la s\u00e9rie X-Strut\u00ae.<\/li>\n
    3. Inspectez et nettoyez tous les composants de la jambe apr\u00e8s chaque utilisation. Inspectez visuellement les soudures, la quincaillerie, les goupilles de retenue, les sangles, les cha\u00eenes, les crochets et les autres pi\u00e8ces. Recherchez les fissures, bosses et autres petites imperfections. Remplacez les pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9chir\u00e9es, effiloch\u00e9es, us\u00e9es, cass\u00e9es, pli\u00e9es ou manquantes avant utilisation. Voir ci-dessous pour quelques exemples de dommages \u00e0 la sangle.<\/li>\n
    4. Contactez Res-Q-Jack au 1-800-466-9626 pour les demandes de remise \u00e0 neuf ou de remplacement de composants, ou si vous avez des questions sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de votre jambe de force.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
