Tridol ‘MA’ is specially formulated from “oil shedding” fluorocarbon surfactants which have excellent foaming properties and which produce a vapor-suppressing aqueous film on flammable hydrocarbon liquids. The use of these chemicals ensures that fire knockdown performance is maximized, with rapid foam cover and extinction.

Tridol ‘MA’ was found to be the least toxic of all products evaluated in a recent independent study done by Environment Canada on a variety of AFFF foams.
